Nurun at reception deserves a special thank you. Always smiling, pleasant, and ready to help make the stay better. The staff were all welcoming, friendly, and professional. I had a room facing the pool in a great location, and enjoyed the stay a lot. It was a memorable week.

The pool is large and spacious, and the building itself is well built. They use high-quality sanitary products, though the installation wasn't neat. I stayed in a room facing the beach and had a beautiful ocean view. The hotel is right in the center of Kuta Mandalika beach, and the nightly price is quite affordable.

The nearby nightclub was so loud that we couldn't sleep until after 3 am. The breakfast was awful too, they couldn't even make a decent omelette. The place feels rundown and depressing, and the staff seemed not to care at all. Towels and bedding were disgusting. We had to ask several times for clean ones, and they never arrived because the hotel had none. Other reviews have raised the same problem, but clearly nothing has changed. A grim experience.

The location right next to the beach was great, and the staff were friendly. Check-in at 2 pm and checkout at noon went smoothly. Hot and cold water were available, the pressure was very good, the bed was comfortable, and the outlets were satisfactory. There was a fridge, good bathroom lighting, room for toiletries by the sink, and enough trash bins. The TV was a regular one, not a smart TV. But there was mold in the room, which I didn't expect at a four-star hotel. The value for money is questionable, and I wouldn't stay again.

The rain came through the roof and left my room flooded and soaking wet. When I requested another room, it took them an unbelievable 2.5 hours to process the change, and the receptionist didn't even apologize. With the heavy rain, I had no choice but to order from the hotel restaurant, then waited another hour for one simple meal. This completely spoiled my holiday, and I'm extremely disappointed. This hotel absolutely doesn't deserve four stars.
