I want to complain about the service. I was in room 305, then the skinny night receptionist moved me to room 308, which was smaller and didn’t have good facilities. Room 305 had a broken water flush. The next day I asked to move back, but a different receptionist was on duty, a heavier-set person, and somehow I was the one getting blamed. I had already confirmed with the small receptionist the night before, but she didn’t remember and hadn’t told the other receptionist. Then they asked why I hadn’t confirmed. I should have been treated properly. The staff were rude and had no manners.

The TV was broken, the AC didn’t cool the room, the refrigerator was dirty, and the bathroom smelled. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone heading to Bali.
