Saris Hotel Kuta

Everything was clean, and everyone was friendly. The restaurant food gets 8.5/10 from me. For the price, this is definitely one of the best hotels in Bali, maybe even one of the three best. The pool isn’t anything special, but there’s a beautiful beach five minutes away.

We loved staying here, especially for the price. It’s a lovely new hotel with great customer service and housekeeping every day. Laundry is available too. Breakfast was okay, though there are plenty of other places to go for brekky. 👌🏽😊

A beautiful boutique hotel in a prime Kuta Bali location, with clean guest rooms and luxury interiors.

The rooms are spotless, new, soundproofed, and fitted with modern features, including large ceiling-mounted showers. Staff open the doors and greet you with a smile around the clock. There are no big nightclubs right nearby, so nights are quiet enough for a decent sleep, though they’re only a five-minute stroll away if you want them. Some of the best restaurants and shops I’ve found in Bali are on the same street. Kuta Beach is a leisurely 15-minute walk, or just a few minutes by moped or taxi. It’s also a handy way to reach places like Uluwata and Nusa Dua without first battling traffic in congested Legian. The airport is minutes away. I’ve stayed in a lot of Bali places over the last few years. Many ticked boxes, but were dark and dingy, short on hot water, or needed cleaning. SARIS feels like a 5-star hotel by comparison, remarkably at the same price. It’s the best you’ll find in Kuta, in my view. My only reservation about writing such a positive review is that next time I book, it may be full. I plan to stay here on every future Bali visit, which is often.
