I’m an Accor member, and our one bed villa was lovely. The resort itself felt dated, oddly quiet and without much atmosphere. There were staff everywhere, often with nothing to do, though they were helpful. Maybe because it was so quiet, they went a bit overboard with the chat and jokes. I was looking forward to leaving.

Mila at the front desk made things easy for us. She recommended some good places to eat and was accommodating when we asked about upgrading rooms. The massages were great too, Amy was a very good masseuse. The hotel is in a quiet, tucked away spot just outside Kuta Lombok. Breakfast was very good, but for lunch and dinner there are better choices in Kuta itself. The beach in front was okay, though there was a lot of garbage just outside the property. That can happen in parts of Indonesia, but for this kind of hotel I wish it had been a bit cleaner.

The beach was amazing, and you can step straight onto it from your door anytime, day or night. I loved the swing there, too. The view, atmosphere and price make this a smart choice, and it’s only about 10-15 minutes by motorbike to central Kuta, with other nice spots nearby. We spent four days and three nights here. The staff were lovely and quickly sorted out a small Wi-Fi and TV problem. The restaurant food was great, and our villa was peaceful and cozy. It’s a beautiful, restful place for me-time, family time or any occasion. They even offer a free photo session before checkout. I loved it all.

I loved the birthday cake surprise. Such a thoughtful gesture, thank you! The hotel is beautiful and the service feels warm and welcoming. A couple of small suggestions: it would be handy to have basic medicine like Panadol for sale in the hotel shop, and bottled drinks would be better placed in the room instead of the bathroom. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel.

The private beach was clean and had a lovely view, and our room was clean too. The staff were friendly, and we had a great three-day, two-night stay. Bukit Seger is just a few minutes away on foot, a nice spot for sunset. The hotel can arrange a bike rental so you can ride around Kuta town and nearby areas. Its location isn’t very convenient, though you can get a Grab car from Lombok airport to the hotel. The staff said it’s hard to find a car for the return trip and offered to take me to the airport for 200k rupiah, so have cash ready.
