The coworking space had a nice atmosphere, with guests and others able to work there. I also found the food, drinks, and hygiene good. The hotel sits on a quiet street away from the party areas, though you can walk to the action in about 10 minutes. Service was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and focused on helping guests. In rainy season, the streets outside the hotel sometimes flood, which can be a challenge for some scooters. Still, I had a fantastic stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and really comfortable. They were cleaned to a high standard each day when requested. Food and drinks at the restaurant were great, and the pool area was fantastic. The location is convenient, and the stay was good value for money. What made the biggest impression was the staff. They were outstanding, welcoming, and so helpful. Using WhatsApp was handy too, with quick, useful replies to questions that made it easy to plan things while away from the hotel. I’d happily recommend the place and its team.

I spent almost two months here and it really felt like home 😊. It’s great for remote work, especially with Karia coworking space, and I loved the spa. The facilities and location were great, and the staff were amazing, always kind, fast, reliable, and ready to help. Can only recommend. Thanks for everything! 🙏🏻

The staff really were friendly and accommodating, and when we asked to cancel our reservation, they arranged it promptly. We’d booked four nights but cut the stay short after a difficult first night. On arrival, the room had a strong smell, a mix of air freshener and what seemed like waste pipe odor. We complained, but they responded by adding more air freshener. By the end there were about eight different kinds of diffusers and air fresheners, and the smell was overwhelming. The building seemed poorly constructed, with paper-thin walls. I could hear everything the person next door said and had to ask him to lower his voice. The bathroom wasn’t clean, and I heard other people had issues too. Breakfast was pretty bad, and the whole experience wasn’t worth the money. They handled the cancellation well, though, which is why I’m giving two stars instead of one.
