A dream during the day, but a nightmare at night. Be careful what you're expecting. Nightclubs surrounding the villa played dance music until 3am, loud enough that I couldn't close my eyes. Nobody warned us about this before we arrived. When we asked for compensation because of the disruption, the owner said a discount had already been given. That discount was just a normal business deal based on the market, not compensation for this problem. If we'd known, we never would have booked this villa. To be clear, they did pay for one night at a nearby hotel, and I appreciate the effort, but that only confirmed the issue. The owner's stubborn response partly ruined our time in Lombok and left us feeling ashamed in front of the friends we'd invited for a relaxing vacation. Thanks to Eko, the staff manager, who tried his best to handle the situation, but there wasn't anything more he could do.

We enjoyed our four nights here. The villa has a great pool, three large rooms, a bar, and a living room. There are also three large bathrooms, one with a bathtub and an outdoor shower. Staff were very friendly and can make three different kinds of breakfast. It's a private pool villa next to the beach, with a good location near Kuta city center and restaurants. Fishing boats fill the beach nearby, but Kuta beach is about a 500-600m walk away.
