The room was fine for getting some rest, and the AC worked well. The lighting was pretty dim, though, and there were lots of ants in the toilet. The place is tucked among business premises in a rather forgettable area, which does make it quiet. The price is affordable.

It's close to Waterbom Bali, and the room was clean. The bathroom door didn't work properly, and while they sell drinks, there's no food or snacks, so you'll need to walk elsewhere to eat. Getting there at night felt dark and quiet, without much to look at on the way, but once inside the residence that feeling passed. A useful option if you need somewhere to stay right away.

The room was clean, and the sheets looked clean too, with no bed bugs reported. The air conditioning, hot water, and cable TV all worked, and the staff were friendly. There are plenty of restaurants and warung nearby, so food is easy to find. But the building is in an abandoned shopping complex that felt really creepy, and the place is extremely old, even the towels were worn out. The bathroom was musty, rusty, and a bit smelly, and the sanitation needs a major upgrade. I booked because the ratings and price seemed okay, but this really wasn't.

The room was clean and nice, and it seemed safe enough because Kuta beach is only about 200 m away. Still, getting to the place felt a little spooky, especially at night.

It's an inexpensive place in a very convenient location, and I found it comfortable despite being a bit old. The main drawback is that there isn't an elevator.
