The beds were comfortable and there was good space for luggage, and you can hire a bike on site, which the location requires. But the advertised breakfast was just coffee sachets and one bread roll. It was also very noisy: loud bass karaoke thumped in from next door every night until 1am, and the corridors were loud in the mornings.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to rest. The corridors get very noisy in the morning, with some guests loudly taking phone calls outside their rooms and disturbing people trying to sleep.

The location is convenient for the airport, and there are free water refills and a small breakfast, just a bun and some fruit. The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were clean and really nice. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The owner and staff were so warm and helpful, which made this clean, comfortable hotel feel like a peaceful retreat. El Nipa Hotel is new, and although it seemed a little tucked away at first, it's actually close to the main road and its many food options. The airport is just minutes away, and you can walk to the marina and puncak waringin. In-house guests can rent motorbikes, which made getting around easy. Highly recommended for a Labuan Bajo visit.

We booked a twin room for one night, and it did the job. Clean, very basic, and nothing fancy. The staff seemed really kind. It feels like a 2-star hotel, which is why I rated it low, though I guess you can't complain much at this price.
