I booked the 90-minute signature massage, and Sopi got the pressure just right, thorough but gentle. The room was calm, clean, and relaxing, and I’d happily book another session if I have time. We also had a good experience with the service during our stay. The city-view room we’d booked wasn’t working for us, so Irene kindly showed us several sea-view options. We chose one and were really pleased with the upgrade.

The cocktails were spot on, and the view was awesome. Rooms were really nice, too, and the staff were lovely, attentive, and helpful. Just what I needed to finish off my three-week trip around Indonesia. Loved staying here.

After three days of sailing, this was exactly the relaxing stay we needed. The bed was comfy, and our room had a nice view. Check-in and check-out were smooth, breakfast was delicious, and they included a foot massage and airport transfer. The whole staff gave top-notch hospitality, too. Great spot right in the city centre. 10 out of 10, truly five-star standard service. Would love to come back!

Being able to walk to lots of places in town made the central location convenient, though you can hear some port noise. We came here to unwind after three nights sailing, and it was just right. The place felt luxurious and refreshing, with a peaceful atmosphere and a stunning entrance. The ocean view from the hotel is breathtaking, especially at sunset, one of the best we’ve seen in Labuan Bajo. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully designed. Since it was our honeymoon, they decorated it and surprised us with a complimentary cake. Maria was so kind and helpful, and really made us feel looked after. Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax after the trip. Highly recommended for couples wanting comfort, good service, and amazing views.
