Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan

Everything felt safe, and security was good. Our room was clean and well cared for, and the staff were so helpful and polite that their service made the stay even better. It was easy to communicate with them on WhatsApp, and anything we requested or ordered arrived on time. We had a pleasant visit and would come back.

The private pool at our Pantai Indah villa was a nice extra, but what really stood out was how closely they paid attention to details. They replied super quickly and were very accommodating with every request. My wife and son loved the relaxing trip too. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Bintan.

The team made us feel very well looked after, and we’d gladly come back. Bayu from concierge was full of energy and attentive, and did more than expected to make the stay enjoyable. Tiara at the front office was so kind when my daughter asked for ice cream, a small thing that meant a lot. Tamrin from housekeeping was on hand during check-in and checkout and helped everything go smoothly. Nurul at the front office also handled both check-in and checkout efficiently. Thanks for the warm hospitality.

We didn’t get to spend as much time in the villa as I’d have liked, so I’ll be back. The private villa was amazing, and the whole crew made my birthday request special by singing for me and bringing a cake. I really appreciated their kindness. Service was top notch, and security was strict about keeping outsiders from coming in whenever they wanted. The salmon eggs benedict at breakfast was amazing, definitely a must-order. The only downside for me was that the hot water wasn’t hot enough, but it wasn’t a big issue. I’d highly recommend the place.
