The outside didn’t make us expect much, but we were pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the stay was. Rooms 217 and 219 were clean, spacious, and well kept, and the beds and pillows were really comfy after a long day. One funny quirk: there’s a pillar right in the middle of Room 217 😄. The hotel’s handy too, with a food court and convenience store just behind it. The mie goreng there was delicious. We had an easy, comfortable stay, good value for the price, and would consider coming back.

A good choice for anyone coming to Bintan, and I’d definitely recommend it. The location is strategic, with a food court behind the hotel that makes it easy to find dinner. The shower worked well and breakfast was nice. The air conditioning wasn’t very cold at first, but I called reception and maintenance came right away to fix it. Everything else was great.

It was easy to get meals with the food court nearby. But the electricity kept going on and off during our stay. There was no generator, and nobody explained what was happening to guests.

The room was nice and the surroundings comfortable, but the service stood out most. Joshua Khalis at the front desk was very polite and patient, always ready to help with a smile. Staff like him make guests feel welcome. Great stay, and I’d recommend this hotel.

For one night at d'primahotel Bintan, I was impressed with what I got for the price. The room was clean, cozy, and simply but nicely designed, with a comfortable bed and quiet atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were polite and helpful. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and window-side seating area. The location was convenient, with everything I needed close by. I paid **Rp 331,340**, nearly half the usual rate, so it felt like a real bargain. Free cancellation also gave me peace of mind when booking ahead. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting Bintan who wants a clean, comfortable stay without spending too much. I’d stay again.
