The breakfast was heavenly, with loads of choices, including vegetarian food, and the quality felt healthy and organic. We loved the rooms and appreciated having a clean bathroom. The poolside restaurant staff were very good, too, and the coconut water, fruit, and pizza were delicious. The resort staff were extremely friendly and polite, from the warm welcome to all those smiling faces that made us feel special. Staying at nirwana resort hotel was the most memorable part of our trip. It was worth choosing, and we’ll choose it again.

We visited nirwana resort hotel with family two weeks ago, and it was the best experience of our lives. The spacious rooms, clean bathrooms, relaxed Bintan vibe, beach views, and delicious food made our stay so comfortable. What made it even more memorable was how friendly and polite everyone was, from reception, restaurant, pool, and guest information center staff to drivers, cleaning staff, and security. We’ll definitely choose nirwana resorts again soon.

The beach was clean, and we could spot little fish near the shore, though watch out for jellyfish. We tried bowling and rifle shooting and enjoyed both, and saw that they also arranged a movie night. We stayed in a twin room with a garden view. It had the basic amenities and was clean and well maintained. I’d read comments about a musty smell, but didn’t notice one during our stay. We ate at several places, including Mayang sari, Keelong seafood, the coffee shop, and Poolside. Our favorite was the seafood platter at Poolside, and when we returned we also enjoyed the satay. Prices were on the high side since it’s inside the resort, but I thought they were reasonable. The buffet breakfast had a nice spread and was tasty. Service from the shuttle, reception, chefs, and other staff was excellent. They exceeded our expectations, and we’d consider coming back.

We didn’t stay at the hotel itself, so I can’t comment on the rooms. Service was outstanding at this time of year. January has low occupancy, but they keep almost everything open. The beaches are closed because of the rough sea, and there are no water sports, though they do have a nice cool pool. They offer pleasant tours outside Nirwana resort. If you’re staying in the Lagoi area, restaurants, Spa, and other hotels will pick you up for free.

We took an Indra maya pool villa. It was decent and pretty clean, with really good service. The beaches were super clean and empty. There were lots of bats around the pool at night, though, and there’s only one Indian restaurant, so make sure to bring food along.
