The ANMON Resort Bintan- Glamping

A fun, laid-back little getaway for families with kids. Everything was easy to arrange by text, whether we needed a buggy, room service, or more aluminium foil for our BBQ. The staff were flexible, stayed on top of things, and got requests to us quickly. We liked the food at the “rose garden”, especially the pizza. We tried food at Natura resort too, but didn’t enjoy it as much. The tents are set fairly close together, so noisy neighbours can disturb your rest. We told the staff, and they spoke to them, but they were still pretty loud. Activities are on the pricey side, even with the 20% discount. Options include water sports like water boarding and kayaking, plus land activities such as ATV and archery. Scooters and bikes are available to rent. There’s also car rental or a local car tour to see the town and places like the coffee plantation and blue lake. They ask where you’d like to go, so it’s a fairly flexible itinerary.

The kids and I had a great time and would love to come back. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and gave excellent service. The resort has plenty to do, including kayaking, a water park, ATV rides, and two- or three-wheel scooters for rent. There’s just one restaurant, serving Western and local food, but the meals were tasty. I only wish there were a shuttle to nearby shopping areas so we wouldn’t have had to take a taxi. Six thumbs up from the kids and me to the team at The ANMON RESORT Bintan!

Anmon Resort has loads of activities, and we couldn’t fit them all into our three days. Renting a scooter is a must, the massage was good, and swimming in the crystal lake is free. It can get really dark at night, though you can see a million stars. We loved the ultra-cozy room, especially the fact that there was no TV or other electronic equipment. The food was amazing and reasonably priced. Breakfast was spectacular, and the burger we ordered for an impromptu lunch was delicious with a huge portion. The dinner set and BBQ in our tent are both highly recommended. From the moment we cleared immigration, Anmon’s service was spectacular. Pickup was complimentary, and the staff welcomed us warmly when we arrived. Everyone we met was amazing, though I can’t name anyone in particular. I hope management recognizes the team, they deserve it. Everything is handled through WhatsApp, from the front desk to dining service. Older guests who aren’t comfortable with technology might find it hard to ask for help. Maybe a landline in each room to call the front desk would help, just my two cents. Highly recommend this place.

The tent was roomy, clean, and beautifully put together, with a desert-style look and a pool that my son absolutely loved. We had delicious meals with a good range to choose from. From the moment we arrived, the staff were genuinely welcoming, attentive, friendly, and happy to go the extra mile. The whole team made our family trip at Anmon Resort smooth and memorable.
