I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a business trip. Booking through WhatsApp was a hassle: replies were very slow, the number isn't monitored around the clock, and the process felt unfriendly. They also require full payment in advance. I'd rather stay at Arika Hotel.

The rooftop bar and restaurant are a real highlight, and the staff were very friendly. I stayed during a stopover before a flight. The room was comfortable enough, though pretty average and a bit pricey for what you get. The hotel is also a long walk from central Langgur.

The room felt worth the price, and I thought it was the best you could find in this city, maybe even in the province. I had a great time staying here on vacation. The staff were professional and friendly, and the facilities were impressive. Food was good from breakfast through dinner, especially at the cafe and bar upstairs, where the sea view made it even better.

The staff were so helpful, including with planning my itinerary, and the stay left me very satisfied after three nights. My room was spacious and clean. They also provided free rides to and from Tual Airport, and packed breakfast for my 6 AM flight back to Jakarta. Highly recommended.

The restaurant on the 5th floor was a particular favorite, with really good food and drinks. I stayed a few days while visiting family. The rooms were nice, service was great, and staff were helpful whenever I needed them.
