The room was quiet enough because the hotel sits inside a housing complex, and ICE BSD is close by. The AC was cold, WiFi worked well, the bed was passable, and there’s a water dispenser in the lobby if you bring a tumbler. But I wouldn’t stay here again. What I got didn’t match the listing: I booked a room without a balcony and was put on the ground floor right beside reception, with an ID card or driver’s license held as a deposit. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes even though it was meant to be non-smoking, and there were cigar butts outside the window. The window faced a wall, so hardly any sunlight came in. The closet and sink looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and I found little bits of debris on the bed after sleeping. There were mosquitoes too. The sheet was torn, so I took a photo in case I was charged for it. Towels and bottled water were missing until I asked. There was only a soap dispenser, no toothbrush, trash can, or tissue, and no smart TV. On day two the power went out in my room. I overheard staff say its electricity token hadn’t been topped up. It felt below standard and far from what was advertised. Maybe the Tik*t.com promo meant I got a spare room, but I don’t know. Perhaps a balcony room or one that isn’t the cheapest would be better, but I’m not coming back to find out.
