The balcony view from the 33rd floor was amazing, the bed was very comfortable, and I liked the kitchen. The location is great, very close to AEON Mall, and the facilities are complete. Self check-in and check-out were convenient. There were long hairs in one corner of the room, and the kitchen utensils were incomplete. A water dispenser or bottled water should be provided. Instead, the water came in a gallon container inside the cabinet with cleaning supplies, which didn’t feel hygienic. The wardrobe was tiny and had cleaning materials in it, making it look dirty. The pillow was much too hard, and the bathroom was very small. The shower is right beside the toilet and sink, so water gets everywhere. The walls are thin enough that you can hear the next-door neighbors talking.

The parking layout is impractical, and there’s almost no sound insulation. You can clearly hear your neighbors “clapping,” even from the unit above, so privacy is nonexistent. The place looks good from the outside, but living here long term has been frustrating. The lifts keep breaking down and make unsettling noises when they’re working. The water heater failed within a year despite never being used. The sink broke too, and was installed so badly that it had no proper sealant, just glue holding it together.

I’ve lived here for three months, and the property service has been great. They greet you warmly every day and help when needed. The atmosphere is good too. Seeing the children play in the pool each day makes me feel comfortable and happy. I strongly recommend this place for short or long term rentals.

For a single person looking for a happy life, Leonie tower is in a great corner location. The best view is from the fifth floor at L3 (H), overlooking the swimming pool and garden, with Aeon Mall visible across the building in the distance.

It’s a decent mid-range apartment in a strategic spot near AEON Mall BSD. The pool is okay, but construction on the next building is causing a lot of noise.
