We had a great 4 days and 3 nights here for two people ✨️✨️ Getting there was easy, just a 3-minute walk from ICE BSD, and there’s an Indomaret and a nice coffee shop downstairs. AEON mall is nearby too. The pool looked lovely, and we’d try it next time if we get the chance 🫶 The one hassle was the front desk not being open around the clock. We struggled with leaving our key there when one of us needed to go out.

We booked a room late at night, and someone was still up to help us. Everything was perfect.

The location is excellent, but I wouldn't stay here again. The room was disgusting for what I paid: ants, marks on the bed, and insects everywhere. After just 5 hours, I had bites and had to take drastic action and leave. Getting help was awful too. It was hard to find a contact online or through the trip service. The exterior looks fancy, but the place seems to have gone without maintenance for a long time. I should have paid closer attention to the other reviews. I can't stress this enough, don't bother.
