I left early because the room was so uncomfortable and shockingly dirty. There was visible mold on walls in several places, and a strong mildew smell that lingered throughout the room and made it hard to breathe comfortably. The sheets were stained and clearly hadn't been changed properly between guests. For a coliving/hotel setup at this price, basic hygiene should be a given. Instead, it felt neglected and unsafe for my health. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Management urgently needs to improve maintenance and cleaning standards.

It's walkable to Ice bsd and kopi nako, with Aeon nearby. For a dorm style stay, it was pretty clean, and the private bathroom was a plus. The bed can fit 3 and there's aircon, though the toilet itself needs improvement. Decent and very cheap. I'd stay again if my budget were tight.

A simple place to stay and handy for events at ICE. It was generally pretty clean, though the bathroom had a musty odor.

There's a minimart and public transport access nearby, and the location is very strategic. It's only around 5-7 mins to AEOn Mal or ICE BSD, and 7-10 mins to Pasar Modern.

The hotel was very dirty, with bugs in the room. Staff were impolite and not helpful. A hotel to avoid.
