I paid in full on the 10th for an apartment booked for the 15th through Agoda, via its official agency, NATURE INN. When I tried to ask the property about check-in on the 12th, nobody replied. I finally arrived at 7 p.m. on the 15th and asked the receptionist how to check in. The agency came over to confirm the reservation, and that’s when I found out they’d canceled it without asking, saying there had been an Agoda system error. They said the room was full, even though the app had stayed open, and many people had booked and later received refunds. Then the agency blamed us for not having a contactable number. That makes no sense when I’d contacted the property through Agoda and got no reply. They didn’t arrange another room either, saying everything was full because of nearby events. I needed that booking because I was attending one of those events, so that excuse didn’t help. The refund was also less than what I paid. I lost money and regret coming here.

Regi Syaputra’s ticket counter is always marked offline, while the other parking staff manage to work. He seems to process things lazily, and he isn’t friendly to apartment residents. Management, please pay attention to this.

Gym users are supposed to wear shoes, which is a fair rule. But there’s no need to record people over it. It looks like they’re trying to get approval from their superiors, maybe because they aren’t paid enough.
