Elegant Studio Room Apartment at Sky House BSD Near Aeon Mall

It’s really disappointing for now. The internet is awful, and MyRepublic is the only provider. It’s so slow I can’t use it. Please add at least 3-4 other providers so there’s a choice and it isn’t a monopoly. How are you supposed to live here with internet this slow? If you’re thinking of moving in, read the reviews first and be careful. I’ll update this if anything changes.

When we bought the apartment, the salesperson told us pets were welcome and could go anywhere in the complex. We were even invited to bring them when we signed the papers. But the apartment management company, a third-party firm that runs the building, says pets can’t enter public areas, including the grass and outdoor spaces. They can only use the service elevator, and can’t walk on the grass even to do their business. The management handbook says only small pets are allowed, and only inside their own unit. If you break the rules, you can be punished and required to relocate your pets. It’s either a communication failure between Sales and Marketing and the management office, or a dishonest sales tactic. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment to pet owners.

I work from home almost every day, so a reliable internet connection is essential. This place only offers MyRepublic, and I wouldn’t recommend buying or renting here if you need good internet. In my first month using it, the service was down for six days. In the second month, it has been down for two days so far. It feels like I can count on losing service for two days a week, or even three if I’m lucky. Being offline that much makes it hard to work properly. There are lots of things I like about the apartment, but they don’t matter while residents have no decent internet options.

They’re asking 800 million for a studio at the moment, which is a high price for the apartment itself. The facilities aren’t better than those at other apartments. The only selling point seems to be the short distance to AEON Mall, that’s it 😂
