For a temporary base while working around Gading Serpong, the location and affordable price are handy. The room was comfortable, though not very roomy, and had its own bathroom and toilet. The building has five floors, but there’s no lift, only stairs. There’s also a canteen in the parking area.

The room was more spacious than I expected and came with air conditioning and Wi-Fi that worked, though the connection was a little slow. This is one of the cheapest places to stay around Gading Serpong, and it’s close to nearby campuses, the food district, and other amenities. Service was quite nice. I’m not sure how well they’d handle a foreign guest, since the receptionist and security seem to cover both roles, and the reception area is basically in the parking spot.

I’ve been here for more than a year and haven’t had any trouble. It’s clean, tidy, and secure, with full AC and a private bathroom. One of the best affordable kost options.
