The pool and playground were a hit with my family, and having them along made a nice balance between work and family time. At Herloom Serviced Residence, the room had a full-size refrigerator and washing machine, which was handy for a short or longer stay. We also ate at Arooma Restaurant. The food was enjoyable, and they had gluten-free and dairy-free options, though the restaurant itself is quite small. The staff were friendly and consistently helpful while our team held meetings. Mas Jonathan and Mas Rangga were proactive and ready to help, while Mba Tari and the front desk team handled my room check-ins efficiently. Everything ran smoothly, and I’d recommend staying here for business or leisure.

The location in BSD was easy to find, and check-in took about five minutes. I hadn’t expected much when I booked Herloom Hotel, but the room was very clean and smelled great. I loved the bed, and the staff were relaxed and friendly rather than stiff. I’m already making plans to stay again.

We had a great family staycation for one night. The location worked well, the room was very clean, and breakfast was good. My son especially loved the Indomie rebus. The coffee was good too, and the soap and shampoo in the room smelled lovely and felt high quality. It rained during our stay, so we couldn’t use the pool, but we still had a pleasant time. I’d like to come back and try more of the kids’ activities, which looked really nice.

The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, and I had no complaints about the food either. The trouble was getting around during peak or holiday periods: the lifts could take as long as 15 minutes just to go down. Breakfast quality was still good, but the hotel seemed short-staffed when it was busy. If you’re traveling with a toddler, another hotel might be more convenient. Worth a try once, but I wouldn’t return.

I came with my teammates all the way from Manila, Philippines, and we had a lovely stay at Herloom Hotel in Tangerang. The staff were kind and accommodating, and we really enjoyed the great pool and jacuzzi. The view was lovely too. I’d like to come back with my family and explore the city. Much love from Manila Diggers FC, and thanks for looking after us.
