Update: after being closed for 1.5 years and a lot of pressure, the indoor pool finally opened. They claim to offer 17 of 5 stars facility, but the indoor pool, game room, karaoke room, and others had been shut for over a year. The explanation was that they were following PPKM guidelines, yet they stayed closed even after PPKM eased, with no apparent plan to reopen. It looks like an obvious way to cut corners, especially since the gym was open. I asked staff when these facilities would return and got no answer. They all said they’d ask, but for more than a year there was no clear update about reopening what they had advertised. Very disappointing. The tenant-relations staff seemed fresh out of school. Please live up to your “Japanese” standard.

The show unit looked good, but the actual unit was far poorer in quality. They showed imported marble worth around 2 million rupiah per square meter, while the real unit used low-grade local Ujung Pandang marble costing only 200 thousand. They cheated their customers big time!

They call this a pet-friendly apartment, but pets aren’t allowed on the ground or even in the park. Dogs have to be carried everywhere except inside your own unit.

The building looks nice, but there are fake plants inside. The lobby smells like plastic, and renovation work left a chemical odor in the air that made my eyes water. Not cool. The staff are friendly and well-prepared with their marketing.
