During my first five days there, rats chewed through food that I had already sealed, on three days in a row. The location may be above a convenience store, but malls and business centers are still about a 40-minute walk away. I wouldn't recommend it.

The room was really dirty, and I found rat droppings on top of the shelves. The service was very nice, though. They changed my sheet and cover right away when I asked.

The walls are thin, so it gets noisy, and it feels a lot like a "kos-kos an." The place also wasn't very clean, and the bathroom door stayed open all the time because there was no lock, which made me uncomfortable. On the plus side, it's above an Alfa mini market where you can pick up snacks, and it's near aeon and ice. I had an event at ICE bsd, so it worked well for a place to stay at night. The price was okay given those conditions. That's my take, and I think an okay rating is me being nice.

Good location, with Indonesia Convention Exhibition about 1.17 km away, Aeon Mall 2.09 km, and Teras Kota Mall BSD City 4.36 km away. The nearest airport is Soekarno-Hatta International Airport (CGK), 20.24 km away. The address is 1A, Jl. Raya Pagedangan, Cicalengka, Pagedangan, Tangerang, Banten, Jakarta, Serpong, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia, 15339. The listed room options are a 14 m² standard double with one double bed, a shower, and no smoking; an 11 m² standard single with one single bed, a shower, and no smoking; and a standard twin room. The listing also shows value for money and location ratings of 7.0 each.

The water quality was bad, and dust was all over the room, on the basin, cabinet, bed, just about everywhere. The double room is tiny, and they use what looks like an old toothbrush as the bathroom lock.
