There was no accountability here. My room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty too, the air conditioner was loud, and the thin mattress sagged between the bedframe's iron bars because there was no panel underneath. I booked an air-conditioned room through OYO, but on arrival the guy checked his phone and said his system showed a room without air conditioning, then asked me to pay extra. I got no change back and no receipt. OYO also doesn't say this is a boarding house or that the bathroom is shared. Booking here through OYO was a mistake. They'd be better off deleting the listing altogether.

It's pretty affordable and the neighbourhood is nice. I'd add more street lights around the swimming pool so people can use it at night.

The app let me book and pay, but when I got there the manager said everything was full. What's the point of booking through the app then? After I complained, they offered another room, but said it was non-AC even though I'd already paid for an AC room. On top of that, it was a downgrade and they wanted hundreds of thousands in extra fees beyond what I'd paid through the app. UGLY!!

I got there at 4 and still couldn't check in, even though check-in starts at 2 everywhere???? The guard, tirta, wasn't there, so I waited until 6 PM for him to arrive. Then the room turned out to be a dud and looked very different from the photo on traveloka. I had an event the next morning, but was left with nowhere to rest. I'm just exhausted from waiting for the guard................... If negative reviews were possible, mine would be -100000000000000000👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
