Hotel Santika Premiere ICE - BSD City

We booked this hotel for two days of Comifuro, since it’s inside the ICE BSD city complex and convenient for events nearby. My daughter had a great time swimming. The room had a refrigerator, instant-water heater, and queen size bed, though the bed type needs to be confirmed after booking. The food selection was pretty complete for a 4-stars hotel. The bellboy or concierge could perhaps be more proactive, as I carried all our luggage myself without anyone offering help. Maybe it was a peak day and everyone was busy, I’m not sure. We’ll book here again for a future event.

The breakfast was good, and the menu changed each day for some dishes, like the pasta. There’s also a station where you can request a made-to-order egg or omelet. I liked that the room had tiled floors instead of carpet, since dirt is easy to spot and dust can’t hide as easily. It also had a smart TV. The staff were friendly, and the service was good.

I spent three nights in a comfortable room, and the stay was great. The room was clean and functional, the food tasted good, and the service was helpful. Mr Hikmat, the manager, was kind and offered useful information and feedback. Miss Evelyn at the front office was ready to help, and Miss Fifi was especially helpful. I had a lovely time and would come back sometime soon. 5⭐

I came for the “ELITE SHOWCASE” car show at ICE, and being right next to the venue was excellent. FIDA was very kind, and the service was great. I also liked that breakfast diners could smoke on the restaurant terrace. There weren’t any outlets beside the bed, so I unplugged the lamp to charge instead. Visitors from Japan will need a voltage converter or adapter.
