The view from unit 3101 was lovely, and the room size and location suited us. We booked two days with family for a staycation, though the unit didn’t look like the listing photos. The staff were quick and clear, and a friendly staff member met us in the lobby and took us to the unit. The bathroom was dirty, with mold around it, and blankets were only in the main room. There was no dispenser or water heater, though a Teflon pan was supplied and its coating was peeling. Pool access was only possible at check-in with the check-in staff. Parking cost up to Rp. 30,000. The apartment’s other facilities were good. I’d try another unit next time, but not this one.

As soon as you enter the lobby, GSM reception disappears. It feels like a fortress and is a total signal dead zone. I can’t tell whether that’s a design flaw or neglect, but the developer doesn’t seem to care. A signal booster would be an easy fix, and plenty of other residents are frustrated too.

They won’t let motorcycles in, even for a pickup that takes less than five minutes.

The swimming pool was free to use, though parking came at a cost. We stayed two nights for a family staycation, and Aeon Mall BSD is nearby. The room was spacious enough for four adults and two extra kids.

Branz BSD ai is an exclusive apartment complex in the middle of BSD City. AEON Mall and Pras Mul University are within walking distance, which is really convenient.
