Moritz Inn Bsd

I’ve barely been here three hours, but I wouldn’t stay again for my next event or recommend it to family or friends visiting the area. A large construction site across from my room was very noisy, so I couldn’t rest, and the view wasn’t great. Maybe people who praised it stayed before the construction started. I also didn’t get the scenic backdrop I wanted for my costest photos. There was a mosquito in the room, and although I’d requested two single beds because I was with a friend, we were given one double bed without any explanation. Check-in took a long time. I arrived early and was told to wait until the stated time, then waited about another 20 minutes for the simple check-in to finish. The wait itself was okay, but the staff seemed unprepared and somewhat unprofessional. The guy helping me called his friend in front of me to ask if the room was ready, then said, “And if not, just give them some other room.”

The room had plenty of storage for clothes and a safe for valuables. The bed folds up into sofa mode, which was handy for watching TV while eating, and the smart TV let us use our Netflix account or watch YouTube. There was a mini fridge, though the stove didn’t work. The toilet was small but fine, with a shower, hot water, toiletries, and towels. We also got complimentary mineral water, snacks, coffee, and tea. We were at Moritz Inn for an event at ICE BSD last week, and it turned out to be a great choice. We checked in at redfoxes cafe around 8 PM. Check-in isn’t available 24 hours, only from 12 PM to 11 PM. The staff were friendly and helpful. We got a key for the elevator, and staff kindly showed us how to use the app to unlock the room. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant. AEON Mall BSD is walkable for food and supplies. ICE BSD is also reachable on foot if you have plenty of time, but I’d take an online taxi if carrying luggage or other bulky things. It isn’t that far from Moritz Inn. I really enjoyed the stay and would come back for another nearby event. Thanks, Moritz Inn, keep up the good work ❤️

There’s laundry service, cafes, and an Indomaret in the lobby, which is convenient. I’d stay here again if I had something to do near BSD. The room was cozy and great, though the bathroom was a bit small. The Wi-Fi was okay but dropped out sometimes. The lift card and room key through the TTLock app were convenient, but the app crashed easily, so I had to restart it whenever I needed to open the door. Check-in was easy, if a little long. I hadn’t tried the stove, so I can’t say if it worked, and there were no kitchen utensils. I learned from another review that the bed can be lifted and folded into a sofa for use as a common room. I also had to switch on the water heater and wait quite a while for hot water, and the same went for the refrigerator.

The staff were really accommodating, and the cafe itself is lovely. We happened to find it while staying at Skyhouse and stopped in for breakfast. The food was great, especially the nasi goreng, one of the best I’ve had. Terima Kasih!
