The workers hadn’t finished preparing the room, which is a shame because the place is actually good. Check-in at 2 PM was allowed, but the room wasn’t ready, so I was told to wait until 3. Checkout is at 12 PM, giving them two hours to clean and prepare it, so why couldn’t they get it done? I just wanted to sleep. What were they doing for those two hours?

Very disappointing. For 350, the bathroom was dirty, the shower was broken, and there was only one towel, which wasn’t fit to use. Never again.

They said my deposit would be sent by 12 PM at the latest after checkout, but it still hasn’t been refunded. I contacted them and got no response. I’m still waiting for them to do the right thing.
