The biggest problem was arriving late at night to find staff saying there were no rooms, even though I’d booked through Agoda. They blamed me for coming late and said this had happened to many other guests too. I complained angrily, and they eventually gave me a room key. The room had dust all over the walls, the toilet smelled bad, and there was no towel. After I complained, they said they’d bring one the next morning, but it never came. A group of people inside the hotel area also played loud music in the middle of the night. It was a really bad stay. Think twice before booking, since there are plenty of places that offer better service.

The main hall door was locked, and the place was dirty throughout. It looked different from the pictures, the bed was stained, the floor was dirty, and the bathroom smelled with a disgusting floor. I know it’s cheap, but it still wasn’t worth staying there. Please keep the place clean.

Even though I’d already paid 100,000 IDR through the app, they asked me for extra money when I arrived. That felt like an evil scam for travelers. At 250,000 IDR, the room was far too expensive for what it was: a 2x3 m bedroom and a 1x2 m toilet. The bed was broken and uncomfortable, the sheets had dirt marks and smelled like urine, and the tiny toilet was dirty and stank of urine. The TV didn’t work and seemed to be there just for decoration. At least the AC worked normally, even if it was small.

I tried staying here for one night. The sheets, pillows, and blankets were very dirty. Don’t stay here unless you have to.
