The location in the heart of Gading Serpong makes it easy to reach malls, restaurants, and entertainment. I also liked the range of facilities: a rooftop infinity pool with panoramic views, a well-equipped gym, a calm yoga deck, and landscaped gardens that feel like a break from the city. Carstensz Residence has a sleek modern look that stands out in the area, and the marketing team presents its architecture and amenities very well. I visited Carstensz Residence in Gading Serpong, Tangerang, and was impressed. The show units were carefully furnished, with open living areas and large windows that make them feel bright and welcoming. The finishes and fittings also gave me the impression that quality matters here. It seems to bring luxury, comfort, and convenience together for premium living in Tangerang.

Getting around was a hassle, from finding parking to reaching the apartment, and even leaving afterward. I was invited by a friend for a housewarming there. At first glance, the quality didn't seem good, from HRD to the building itself. As a top-level Google reviewer, I have to write about what I experienced.

The master room is huge, and the place overall is spacious for a reasonable price. The rooms have nice air conditioning. We did have a clogged toilet drain, though: about 15 minutes for the plumber to arrive, then another 20 for the repair. I really liked the chicken curry and bread, they tasted great and had a good kick. I'd recommend them.

The shops are okay, but this area feels too small to call a mall. I was there last Sunday and it wasn't a pleasant visit, with too many people in such a small space. Parking on a high floor took 30+ minutes, then I waited another 15 minutes for the elevator.
