Sultan Premiere MPS

This is a daily apartment rental, but the room amenities listed on Agoda were inaccurate. I waited an hour in the apartment lobby before checking in. Not recommended, I’d look at other accommodations.

The rooms are spacious and clean, with hot water, and the apartment is still new. It has a pool, sky garden, and gym. Downsides: there’s no WiFi and not many tenants downstairs. Check-in and check-out take a long time because nobody is on standby at the apartment; you have to arrange an appointment and wait for someone to contact you first.

I paid through the RedDoorz app and arrived at the apartment, but there was no RedDoorz staff there to help. Security told me it was closed and offered another place instead. My money is gone, and the apartment situation is unclear. I'm ready to report this to the authorities. Please investigate properly so nobody else gets scammed.

So bad. When I arrived, the towels were a little wet and looked used. There was hair all over the floor, a dirty toilet mat with what looked like dirt stains, and something stained on the bedcover. The mattress was hard too.
