The breakfast was really poor, with just one food option, and insects were crawling across the table while I ate. Also, none of the rooms had a safe bocçx, though Agoda's listing for my room type showed a safe box.

At check-in, nobody explained which room belonged to which of us. My colleague and I had different checkout times, so later we had to move rooms, which was a hassle. We also asked to have our room cleaned because there were stains on the sheets and walls, plus hair on the bedding. Staff came quickly, but the same stains and hair were still there afterward, so the cleaning request didn't seem to help. I hope management takes the cleanliness and front desk service seriously.

I regret spending three nights here. The bathroom wasn't cleaned at all during my stay, even after I asked the receptionist to have someone take care of it. They only replaced the towels and left bath amenities. One yellow towel was so unfit to use that I used it as footwear, and luckily I had brought my own towel. There was mold all over the bathroom walls and bathtub. The toilet, bed, and pillows were filthy too, with yellowing and lots of mold. I've stayed in cheap and expensive hotels, old and new ones, and when places are kept clean, guests can still feel comfortable. This one was super dirty and uncomfortable. I wouldn't come back even if it were free unless the cleanliness improved. The good ratings online seem fake to me, or maybe those guests happened to get a slightly cleaner room.

I booked two rooms for guests visiting from abroad, and they complained that the sheets smelled and hadn't been changed. They were upset enough to ask us to find them another hotel. When I requested a refund, the hotel said its cleanliness met its standards. Those standards seem very low. This was the most irresponsible hotel I've ever booked. Please don't book here.
