Affordable price, and it's a quiet place to stay if you want to be away from people. You can still hear birds chirping and lambs, though, since the rooms aren't soundproof. There's no wifi.

The staff were great, and this is a fabulous place if you want to leave the city and apartment blocks for somewhere surrounded by nature. Our room got very hot, though, and there's no AC, despite the listing saying it has AC. Also, there's a caged monkey on site for no apparent reason. He looked awfully sad, and keeping him there felt cruel and unnecessary. If he was rescued, why not release him? It just looks cruel, sorry.

I wouldn't recommend staying at this villa. There are plenty of other villas and hotels in the surrounding area. The Bandung city view from above isn't particularly spectacular, and there's no proper parking nearby, just a small space for a few cars in front of Maka resto & cafe, which isn't very close to the villa area. There are also too many stairs up and down to the villas, so it's not suitable for older people.

The villa has a good view and is a nice escape from town. At night, though, there's too little light between the car park and the villa. We were confused about how to leave and find our car because there are no exit signs, and the exit route is narrow and hidden. The hot water was also unstable during our stay and needs fixing.
