Sleep was the letdown. The deluxe room has a gorgeous view, but the blinds don't block enough light, there's a gap between them, and the windows don't keep out sound. We heard motorbikes through the night and loud noises at dawn. A good night's rest matters on a staycation. The breakfast also didn't match the service hours or value. It was meant to run until 10, but by 8:45 the bubur kacang hijau, banana bread, and croissants were already gone. As a vegetarian, I didn't find much else to eat. If the hotel is full, they should keep enough food coming until service ends. There were some lovely touches: umbrellas outside the rooms, a piping hot bandrek welcome drink that suited the weather, and a pool and spa that were clean and well maintained. Our first impression was great, and the deluxe rooms are spacious and tidy. The suites are marvellous too, especially the two-person jacuzzi with its glorious view, which would make a special occasion feel worth repeating.

The atmosphere was nice, and being able to park right by the room was handy. But the facilities felt short on basics. There wasn't a table for our belongings, and although we booked for three, we got just one towel for swimming. Other shared facilities seemed lacking too.

We had such a good time here. Our suite had a jacuzzi, and they included a complimentary cake and drink, plus a free breakfast buffet. The grounds feel spacious and are surrounded by trees. It's cozy and aesthetic, with a fresh breeze you just don't get in Jakarta.

I left my jacket behind after checkout, and they got it back to me quickly by courier. The hotel has pools, a jacuzzi, and a sauna, and the older building is very well kept. Beds are King Koil. Suite rooms are in the newer building. A very nice hotel in Lembang.
