This was the worst experience we've had so far. The location shown on the map was wrong, so we walked for over half an hour with heavy backpacks before finding the place. By then it was very late. The host wasn't friendly and knew only a few words of English, so it was difficult to understand him. The room was so dirty we didn't dare go into the bathroom. We slept in the bed because it was the only thing that looked clean, then immediately found another hotel the next day and left, despite having already paid for five nights.

The owners are what make this hotel special. I've rarely met such gentle people. We were traveling with our little toddler, and the owner spent the day playing with our son and looking after him. They're magic people 💘💘. The pool is very big, the location is great, and the price for the quality is excellent. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Thank you so much, we'll definitely return next time we're in Lembogan.

The hotel is well located and has a nice pool, but there were some real problems. Roosters crowed in the courtyard day and night, and around 4 a.m. the mosque took over. The Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent. Our room wasn't cleaned for two days, there was rust in the bathroom, and the water was cold. The owner treated us like a walking wallet. We had a reservation with breakfast, but were told on arrival that breakfast cost extra. We refused to pay, so we got no breakfast.
