Surya deserves a huge shout out. She was fabulous and went out of her way to make our stay as good as it could be. Darby and Sunny were wonderful too. I’ve never come across better staff at any hotel or resort. They made our holiday. Thank you.

We had a relaxing, quiet five-night stay on our first visit to the island, in late January 2026, after many trips to Bali. There’s plenty of food and drink nearby. The room was a bit worn, but breakfast had a good variety. Get there early, around 7am, because the food doesn’t stay hot unless it’s just been put in the pan. The staff were awesome and attentive. The hotel offers a complimentary ferry to Sanur and a shuttle from Sanur to Turban, which was very handy. The pool and gym are okay, nothing special, but the chairs are comfy. Watch your footing, as the pool decking and footpaths need attention. Walk along the beach in both directions, it’s quite nice and the water is so clear. Get a buggy to tour the island too. Our quick look around the hotspots took about two hours.

We spent two weeks here and had a really relaxed holiday. Our villa was cozy and had a fabulous private pool. More than anything, though, the staff were wonderful, so kind and with impeccable service. We had plenty of pool days, plus outings for manta ray diving and snorkeling, a boat trip through the mangroves, and meals at lots of different good restaurants on the island.

The room felt like a little house, with its own private space, lots of greenery, and natural light. The resort staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our four-night stay, and the breakfast buffets were very satisfying. It was easy to get around on a rental bike, and bus and speedboat transport from Bali airport and back was available too. The only issue was that the AC sometimes didn’t work well.
