The pool is really nice, the garden around it is pretty, and the staff are lovely. The rooms are spacious and very clean. I don't like bugs, so the mosquito nets over the beds were a real plus. Along with the very comfortable beds, they gave me the best sleep I'd had in weeks. You can also rent scooters here at a good price. Highly recommend it for a relaxing atmosphere, a good pool, and a great night's sleep.

I booked through Agoda, but when I arrived they said Agoda had made a mistake and there was no room available. They claimed they'd emailed me to let me know, but I never got anything. The bigger problem is that Agoda has since sent them my money, and I can't reach them by phone or through the email on Agoda. This feels like a real scam, and I wouldn't recommend anyone stay there. I don't think I'll ever get my money back. Thankfully, I believe in karma, so I'll leave it to the universe.

I didn't realize I was claustrophobic until I tried going down into it. If confined spaces aren't for you, this wasn't for me either. Shame, but that's life. I had to stay up top and look down through the seven entrances at the photos on the board. I met a family member whose father had worked on it for 15 years.

The water from the sink and shower tasted salty, the towel had yellow stains, and dead cockroaches were caught in the mosquito nets. The pool was full of algae.

The shower stayed cold and wouldn't drain, and the room was short on furniture. I was disappointed with how clean it was too, there were mouse droppings.
