Lintang Luku Tent Resort (Formarly Kunang Kunang Tent Resorrt)

I’m usually someone who spends as little time as possible at hotels and resorts, but Lintang Luku was different. We loved it as soon as we arrived and had a wonderful stay. Our tent was roomy, with thoughtful little decorations and amenities. The resort is tucked into the forest beside the river, whose sound you can hear day and night. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, and the service was excellent. The restaurant food was all delicious. We also booked a private BBQ dinner, and that was great too.

I loved the sound of the rushing water and birds, and the incredible view from the tent-like rooms, which each face a waterfall. It made for an amazing weekend. The staff were kind and helpful with everything, even cracking open a gifted coconut and taking care of my other odd requests. They also arrange different tours and activities. I went on the Ijen volcano hike and highly recommend asking for Wafa as your guide. He kept me motivated, was friendly and chatty, and knew where to stop for views without crowds getting in the way. After the tour, he kindly took me to a rice field and a spring pool too, though those weren’t included in the activity package. An astounding location and atmosphere for a weekend.

Such a peaceful, serene spot, with a cozy, romantic feel, especially at night. My room was clean and beautiful, with a stunning view. The food and coffee were good, and the staff were wonderful. The amenities were thoughtfully complete, and there was warm water for showers. I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommend it ❤️ loveee!!

We arrived at night in cold, wet, drizzly weather, and the service was prompt. I really appreciated that, since we had our 8 month old baby with us. Everything was in order, and the accommodation blended in with the surroundings. There were a few small insects, but otherwise all was well. It was clean, and they provided a nice-smelling insect spray. The nearby river made a soothing sound, which was lovely for anyone who enjoys nature. They checked in by phone in the morning and at night to arrange housekeeping. The food was nice, and the service was great again.
