Pondok Santi Estate

The garden setting, full of palms, was peaceful and beautiful, and the villas had a modern Balinese style. Our villa was spacious, tastefully decorated, and had a super comfortable bed and a stunning open-air bathroom surrounded by greenery. The pool area was gorgeous, with lots of comfortable loungers and room to relax after exploring the island or snorkeling in the clear water. Every meal we tried at the restaurant was fresh and flavorful, from local dishes to Western options. From the moment we arrived at Pondok Santi Estate, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They were incredibly kind. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and will definitely be back.

The staff were the real highlight, warm, professional, and attentive without hovering. Every interaction felt sincere, and nothing was too much trouble. They remembered our children's names, a small detail the kids noticed and appreciated. Housekeeping was flawless and never intrusive. We had breakfast by the beach each day, fresh and well prepared, and never felt rushed. The restaurant is excellent too, with high-quality food in a setting that makes you want to linger. The spacious villas were beautifully designed and immaculately kept, with comfortable beds and strong air conditioning. We felt relaxed as soon as we walked in. Pondok Santi feels calm and thoughtful, with a quiet beach and privacy, away from Gili Trawangan's chaos but close enough to reach everything easily. It does luxury in an understated way. We left already planning to return. For us, it's the best place to stay on Gili Trawangan.

The private beach was beautiful, calm, clean, and only steps away. Pondok Santi Gili T Resort was a wonderful place to stay, with a peaceful tropical feel and a resort that was spotless and beautifully maintained. Every staff member went out of their way to make us comfortable and make the visit memorable. Our room was cleaned twice daily, so it stayed fresh throughout. The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, and being able to order in-room was a thoughtful extra. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend it for a visit to Gili Trawangan, a true 10 out of 10! 🌴✨

The pool was my favorite part. You can hop from the big pool into the smaller one, or just relax at the bar in the water. The rooms were clean, and you can request special towel and flower designs. I knew it was going to be a good stay as soon as I saw the speedboat to the island. They have a private speedboat service, and it took a comfortable 12 minutes to reach the private pier, depending on the waves. Getting off was easy. I'd go again and tell all my friends and family about this phenomenal hotel.
