The room could be bigger, but it was still comfortable to stay in. The hotel has full amenities, a great location, and friendly staff.

Burza Hotel Lubuk Linggau is conveniently placed near the city center and local food spots. There’s a restaurant, meeting rooms, and plenty of parking, with modern facilities overall. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and the service is good. It felt comfortable and welcoming for either work or leisure, whether staying one night or longer.

The rooms were quiet and clean, and breakfast had a lovely range of dishes. Ria gave excellent service, and the staff were so helpful throughout. Special thanks to manager Mr Chandra for sending fruit to our room, and to Kenzo at reception for arranging our onward trip to Palembang. I’d happily recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Lubuklinggau.

Food was just so-so, and the room wasn’t perfectly clean, though it was nice and air-conditioned. Still, it’s a handy place to stop and rest after a long trip, right by the main road for easy access. Everyone was polite and friendly. I didn’t have time to judge all the services, and the price seemed alright.

The cafe is quite nice, though breakfast was bland and the toaster needed a couple of tries. The room was fairly clean, and the bathroom was okay, with hot running water. There was quite a bit of noise from what seemed to be a live band, which carried up to our room. I had to book in person because my mobile banking signal was poor, and the quoted price was wildly different from the app. We ended up haggling over the room like at a market. I wouldn’t mind staying again if I come back to town, but I’ll book through the app next time to skip that.
