Elemento Homestay Badung

My son and I stayed for six days. He attended Green Camp during the day, which was meant to be a pleasant 7-10 minute walk away, but the bridge on the route was being repaired, so I rented a scooter from the manager’s friend. The stay itself was quiet and comfortable, with a nice pool and friendly, helpful staff. Good value, too. There were no mosquitos, and we had free Wi-Fi, drinking water, and access to laundry service.

It takes about 25-30 minutes to get to Ubud center, and the homestay can be a little hard to find since it's in a residential area. Still, elemento homestay is quiet, very clean, and smells lovely. The guards are kind, too.

The shared kitchen was clean and had all the utensils you need, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our room was large, clean, and excellent for the low price, with a cool bathroom design and a little balcony looking over the pool, surrounded by greenery. It's about a 30-minute drive from Ubud, though you can rent a bike from the neighbours to explore the nature and authentic streets nearby. Just remember, the property doesn't provide food.

I arrived and went straight for a swim. The room is beautiful, there are plants everywhere, and it's really peaceful here. They arranged laundry for me and said it would be back the next day. There's water, and you can make tea or coffee. Plenty of restaurants nearby deliver food. The staff are friendly, and there's a little gym upstairs. Perfect.
