The bathroom was very dirty and smelled awful, and the towels looked like they’d already been used. The staff member was rude and didn’t seem to care that there were two of us. They gave us only one blanket and said it was wet. We’d booked this stay in advance, so why were we being told that?

The receptionist was indifferent to guests making bookings and seemed to put off staying here for a day. The service was unfriendly, and the room was dirty with a TV that wouldn’t work. Thanks for the terrible service.
