Aloha Hotel Lumajang

It was okay.

Parking is really spacious, and you can leave the car right outside your room if a spot is open. Breakfast was just okay, though the service was good. I stayed in a cheap standard room with air conditioning, but the bed felt a bit narrow. The old 14-inch tube TV brought back some nostalgia. There’s a cold-water tub in the bathroom, no shower, and the squat toilet is cramped to use. Thanks, aloha.

For 150K, I got a room with cold AC, an okay bathroom and spring bed, and working Wi-Fi. Breakfast with tea was included in the morning. The main thing for me was that there’s a small mushola 👍👍👍

The price is quite affordable for marketers staying here, but since they usually come only every two weeks or even once a month, the card issue is a big problem. The card is supposed to give 10 free stays. When I came for visit number 11, they often wouldn’t stamp it, saying it had expired even though it hadn’t. They also cross out the month of arrival to make the card invalid. It feels like a way for the hotel to stop cards being stamped, or perhaps an employee’s trick to pocket them again. This has happened with five cards already, 50 visits in all, and many of my friends have had the same experience. There’s a lot of cheating at reception. The morning and afternoon female receptionists, whether fat or thin, are incredibly rude. I feel like the hotel owner.
