Kali Catur Resort

The room's size and the view were both nice, and it seems like a good fit for a family weekend away. I liked this resort hotel, and the place feels suited to a vacation. The shower is pretty standard, and you'll need to upgrade the room if you want hot water. There was also a strange smell in the room, and a noise from the wall kept me worried all night.

We had the superior room, which was comfortable and had a distinctive rustic look, a bit like village houses built from bamboo. It was cool inside, but unfortunately this room type didn't have warm water. At night we had a kind of bizarre moment when the wardrobe door opened by itself!!!

Our girls really liked it, and they were away from their gadgets because they were curious about everything around them. We stayed in the family suite, which felt unique, with a village style setting and lots of bamboo, a wooden table, and some handmade pieces from unfinished wood. The bathroom is simple and semi-modern, with a shower. Maybe it'd be nice to try the old style. They offer different prices, and it's a quiet place tucked away from the way in, for people looking for meditation or a stress-free break. Must try.

The parking was badly managed, with guests leaving their cars carelessly and bothering other guests. The restaurant food tasted bad, and it wasn't ready when guests arrived. The employees seemed inexperienced. I booked a room online, but when I got there, they were fully booked.
