I got to the hotel at 11:35 PM after travelling from Jakarta, but they turned me away, saying they hadn't worked with Agoda for a year. My Agoda booking had gone through and I'd paid, so I was very disappointed. I've never had a problem booking there before, though Agoda works with OYO. When I asked the price for booking directly, the staff said it would be over 300,000, even though Google showed less than 100,000. Not recommended at all. Agoda cancelled the booking and refunded the money, but they estimated 30 working days to process it. By then it was midnight, so I didn't have time to take pictures.

The service was poor, and the staff weren't friendly. They asked me to pay 50,000 Rupiah for an extra bed because I was staying with my child, even though the room was small, and said the owner had requested it. I stayed more than one night, but my towels weren't changed. The first floor was empty, yet they put me on the second floor. They should replace the staff with someone friendlier and more dedicated.

After a long trip, I was exhausted and really disappointed. I booked through Oyo, but they said they didn't work with it and then told me I had to pay 300 thousand. Very unprofessional!

I booked four days ahead, but when I arrived they rejected me even though I'd used the OYO app. So where did the money I paid go? Masha Allah.
