A note for residents of Akeh Seng Lumuh: OJOl orders can be left in the lobby or at reception, or security guards can hang the pagers. The Munggah area is the only place where OJOl is paid by kilometer rather than by floor.

It was raining, and my raincoat was already wet after delivering the order. The customer asked me to bring it upstairs, then suddenly took off my raincoat before I could explain the delivery SOP. Shopee orders should be left in the lobby or with the receptionist, sis. They wouldn't accept the tray and wanted the delivery brought to the room. Hotels and lodgings all have OJOL deliveries left in the lobby, with security, or in a designated food delivery spot. That's how Aston, Merdeka, and OYO hotels handle it too.

The service was unfriendly. We checked in late in the afternoon, after the check-in time, and when we got there the power was out, so they told us to wait. The AC wasn't cooling, the sheets were dirty, there were no bolsters, and the pillows smelled bad and were dirty. There weren't any towels either. As soon as we got into the room, we checked out.
