We only planned to stay one night, but booked a second as soon as we arrived. The hotel felt cozy, and both the room and the rest of the place were clean and nicely decorated. The employees were all really nice and spoke good English. There’s a swimming pool, with breakfast served outside beside it, though I’d have liked a wider breakfast selection. You can walk to the center of Magelang, and Borobudur is just over half an hour away by car. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Java.

The reception was so lovely and helpful, and they even arranged a special dinner for us. We had dinner at the great restaurant twice, enjoying local food, and breakfast had a delicious, fresh selection. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It’s a small boutique hotel, but cozy and spotlessly clean. Thanks so much, we’ll come back.

The staff made this stay special. They were warm, spoke great English, and went out of their way to help us. When Borobudur tickets were fully booked for the week, they arranged a sunrise breakfast on a hill with a temple tour. It became one of our most memorable trip experiences. The buffet breakfast was included and had delicious Indonesian dishes alongside Western choices like toast, eggs, and jam. Our room was super clean and comfy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the location made exploring easy. We also enjoyed a refreshing afternoon swim. There wasn’t a sunbathing area, so we had drinks and snacks by the pool instead. This was our second stay at Hotel Sriti, and we loved it as much as the first. Such a welcoming, personal hotel, highly recommended!

I was really pleased with the room and the service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the security man and front desk to the restaurant team and the people cleaning my room. Excellent hotel!

My favorite hotel in town, and even in the country. The staff’s hospitality is incredible, and they always do their best for you. I’ll definitely come back. Highly recommended!
