The industrial look is carried through really well here. The room was small but had the basics covered, with plenty of outlets, a desk, and a heater. The bed was comfortable for me, and the stairs up to the second floor weren't too steep, though there's no lift. Downstairs, the check-in desk also handles café payments, and the café itself wasn't especially busy. The frustrating part was breakfast: it was advertised for 7am but wasn't ready until 7.30, even after my wife pressed the front desk about it. They should give an honest time, like 8am, so guests can make other plans.

Being a little off the main street means it's quieter and good for resting, while still close to a major road with food and attractions nearby. The room was clean and a decent size for the price. Sound and vibration from neighboring rooms still came through the walls, though.

It was fine, though the guest complimentary items should have been complete. There was no bottled mineral water in our room. A shower cap would also be useful for female guests.

Good service, and the room service menu is reasonably priced. The room itself is on the small side, but it was clean and well kept.

The industrial style gives the hotel a cozy feel, and the rooms were clean. They are too small for a family, though, so it seems better for a transit stay.
