Parking here isn't adequate, and cars left on the corner cause problems for the neighbors. The owner has been very unfriendly, especially toward nearby residents. I'm your neighbor, and I'm really bothered when your cars or your guests' vehicles block the road by parking on the corner. For a hotel business, there should be enough parking for the number of rooms. I also wonder whether the required environmental permits, management, and monitoring are in place. A hotel business needs to follow the relevant permits and rules. Don't operate a boarding house while acting and advertising as a hotel.

Terrible experience. I paid through Traveloka and arrived at 9:00 PM, but nobody opened the door. I knocked for over five minutes before my grandmother, grandfather, and a maid came out. The maid didn't respond properly and told me, "Just cancel it, sir." By then I'd been caught in the rain and was soaked. The door never got opened, so I had to find somewhere else to stay. Traveloka, please look into this. Why did this happen? I didn't get my money back. Stayed December 6-8, 2021.
